Schmidt Z & KO is the union of a wine shop and a restaurant — TV chefs Ralf Zacherl and Mario Kotaska teamed up with the Weinladen Schmidt and have carried the format for over a decade.
By day it runs as a lunch outpost with a card that changes daily. By night it shifts into fine dining: four or five courses with a pairing cut to match. A square central counter organises the room, the lit shelves bring warmth. Whatever arrives in the glass, you can grab a bottle on the way out.
