SAGE Berlin
Bar with a sand beach on the Spree, wooden terrace, deckchairs, ice-cold cocktails — old brick walls and a fireplace in winter.
SAGE Berlin is a Bar restaurant in Kreuzberg.
A made sand beach on the Spree, Köpenicker Straße in Kreuzberg: the outdoor area is the main reason to be here in summer.
From the wooden terrace you look at the river, a few steps further deckchairs sit in white sand, lanterns and palms around them. The grill runs outside, ice-cold cocktails from the beach bar, some evenings tip into a beach party at the water. In winter everything shifts indoors: old brick walls, a surprisingly modern interior, a fireplace room standing in for the summer stage. Italian dishes form the steady line, with a changing evening list on top — bar, restaurant and beach spot on the Spree at one address.
