Pluto brings an idiosyncratic wine-bar idea to Kastanienallee — between Helmholtzkiez and Eberswalder Straße in Prenzlauer Berg.
The list runs to roughly 300 references, almost all self-imported. Leaning biodynamic and low-intervention, with Champagne and draught beer alongside. The food reads in a tapas register: cheese and in-house charcuterie, warm baguette, marinated mussels and seasonal salads. The blueprint borrows from French caves à vins and Spanish pintxo bars. The translation stays Berlin-casual — rust-red walls in a mid-century cut, a long bar and three rooms toward the back. No reservations by design.
