Le Faubourg

SchönebergFrenchClosed now · opens 12:00

Le Faubourg on Augsburger Strasse, just off Ku'damm — rose-gold chandeliers, floor-to-ceiling windows, a stylish jazz-soul mood.

Lukas Hackenberg, previously at Faelt, has run the kitchen since spring and cooks a French base with global influences and a Berlin home anchor. The signature is the „63 Grad Uckerei“, an onsen egg hidden in potato foam with crisps, onions and chives — name-protected. The in-house patissier closes the evening with his dessert creations. Cocktails come from the bar, wine pairings on request alongside the menu.
