Geist im Glas is a bar with a weekend brunch — in that order. The light is dim, the walls are bare, and the Buttermilk Pancakes come with Dulce de Leche and maple syrup blended with bourbon. The Chicken Waffles earn their place on the menu. Brunch also runs Huevos Rancheros. The Bloody Mary uses kimchi juice — a distinct signature, not a base version. Evenings, the bar takes over.
