Tucked along Clayallee, this is a Swiss châlet you would not expect on the road into Dahlem.
Inside, the fireplace crackles; outside, a wide beer garden opens up under old trees. Fire bowls light the terrace once the air turns cold. The kitchen pulls modern cooking into Swiss tradition: rösti with veal in Zurich style, cheese fondue made to a house recipe with mountain cheese, Fendant and Kirsch. Plus raclette. Plates are built for sharing — communal eating sits at the centre of the concept. Winter brings the heated cheese hut; summer brings shade under the trees. A piece of the Alps in green Berlin.
