Amigo Cohen
Israeli-Mexican fusion at Amano in Moabit — hamachi aguachile, tacos to share, deep tequila and mezcal selection.
Amigo Cohen is a Mexican restaurant in Moabit.
Amigo Cohen near Hauptbahnhof, the Shalom-Amigo opening from the Amano hotel group — Israeli-Mexican fusion with chef Shimon Perez and an open kitchen.
Sharing-format setting: muted tones, colourful murals, bubble-like lamps. Signature is the Israréli Aguachile, hamachi carpaccio with labneh — coriander, melon and nuts — the fusion concept on one plate. Alongside it tacos for sharing and guacamole made tableside. The adjoining cocktail bar runs a deep tequila and mezcal list, with the in-house Amigo's Margarita.
