Restaurant Bruderherz
Italian in Charlottenburg, pasta turned daily from organic durum semolina in the in-house manufactory, monthly-changing menu and sun terrace.
Restaurant Bruderherz is a Italian restaurant, priced 30–60 €. Open Mon-Sat 17:00-00:00, Sun closed.
On Leonhardtstrasse in Charlottenburg, Tomek Sokolowski runs Bruderherz like a neighbourhood trattoria whose menu turns over every month and whose pasta dough is pushed through the in-house manufactory each morning from organic durum semolina.
Tagliolini land paper-thin, ravioli arrive velvety, lasagne and cannelloni are made in the same room. On the menu: tortellini with lamb, cardamom and sage butter. Alongside grilled octopus with pea cream, duck breast with pak choi and Klopse with truffle. Olive oil from Crete, gluten-free pasta on request. In summer the sun terrace opens for aperitivo — two brothers, one cooks, one is at the table.
