Eszenzia builds the room around the table, not the plate.
A long communal table can be booked, and a rotating spread of seasonal, handmade dishes lands in the middle for everyone to share — sharing as the core, not a side option. A version for strangers is in the works: single seats at the same table, new faces included. The kitchen stays regionally rooted but thinks internationally, with an open repertoire that shifts as the season turns. Brunch runs across the weekend, evenings bring a changing menu.
