The name is Latin for the inhabitants of the Breisgau region. Inside, a European patchwork of deep-blue walls, green-and-white floor tiles and a long communal table. The kitchen leans regional and seasonal with a clear pull toward South Tyrol — Schlutzkrapfen filled with spinach and ricotta share the chalkboard with a classic pan-fried zander on dill-cream cucumber and horseradish-potato mash, flagged by Crème Guides as one of the best-cooked zanders in town. In the glass, around 100 positions from several European countries.
